Since 2007, Amit Shah works as a full-time NHS Consultant Gynecologist at Homerton Fertility Centre in London, sub-specialising in management of sub fertility, assisted conception and endometriosis. He is also attached with Spire Roding Hospital fertility services and London Fertility Centre, where he consults privately.
Amit specialises in complete fertility care for women and men on a holistic basis and provides services such as pre pregnancy advice, ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, ICSI, Egg Freezing, Egg Donation and Surrogacy along with keyhole surgeries to enhance fertility for various problems including tubal blockages, fibroids and endometriosis.
Academically, Amit is involved in a number of research projects and regularly teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students at Homerton Hospital, London.
Amit lectures nationally and internationally on various fertility problems including PCOS, Endometriosis and Sperm problems. He is published widely in medical journals and a member of many international and national professional organisations.
